What data is collected
Only the data you provide voluntarily through the contact form:
- Name
- Telephone or other means of contact
- Email address
- City
- Professional profile (architecture and design, design and construction company, showroom, distribution, or pools, SPA and hammams)
- The content of your enquiry
No special category data is collected, such as information about health, political opinions, religion, ethnic origin, biometric data or sexual orientation. Please do not include information of this kind in the enquiry field.
What it is used for
- To answer your enquiry and to maintain the correspondence arising from it.
- To send you commercial communications about services, represented brands and industry news.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form before sending it (Article 6.1.a of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). You may withdraw it at any time by writing to anna@select-design.es, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
How long it is kept
For one year from the last contact, and sooner if you ask for it to be deleted. After that period it is removed both from email and from the website database.
Who else can access it
No data is shared with third parties, except where required by law. One provider acts as a data processor for the operation of the site:
- Web hosting: The Constant Company, LLC (Vultr). The servers hosting this site are located physically in Spain.
Messages sent through the form are also forwarded to the controller's email address.
International transfers
No international data transfers take place. Information is stored on servers located within the European Union.
Your rights
You may exercise the following rights by writing to anna@select-design.es, stating which one you wish to exercise:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request its deletion
- Request that its processing be restricted
- Object to the processing
- Request the portability of your data
- Withdraw the consent you gave
If you believe your rights have not been properly addressed, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Automated decisions
No automated decisions are made and no profiling is carried out on the basis of the data provided.
Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect the information. The site runs entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
